As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring alignment with AB Vassilopoulos and Ahold Delhaize’s strategic goals and market competitiveness. What you will focus on
Participates in all stages of the Job Evaluation (JE) & Grading process (JE interviews, JE, Grading, Job Families etc.)
Designs and refines compensation and benefits schemes (e.g., bonus schemes, car policy) by conducting market analysis, modeling financial impact, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal frameworks.
Monitors and evaluates the terms of group medical and pension plans, recommending changes to address evolving business needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Leads the end-to-end administration of the annual salary review and variable pay processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely completion.
Ensures participation in selected Salary Surveys, by preparing for submission the appropriate data and handling the communication with Salary Survey vendors.
Performs various administrational tasks relevant to Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Org. charts and HR Policies / manuals, in cooperation with HR BPs & HR Operations teams.
Develops dashboards and analytical reports to track C&B KPIs, support decision-making, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Who we are looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Consulting or HR position
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or any numerical discipline
Master’s degree, in Human Resources or other related degree would be an asset
Experience in C&B and/or Org. Design fields is a plus
Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Epsilon HRMS is preferred
Knowledge of labor market trends and pay equity practices is preferred
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
