Administration Assistant
Your purpose
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commerce & Marketing department and ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments. You will be immersed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day presents new opportunities and challenges. What you will focus on
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Ensuring Office smooth operation, including maintenance & supplies.
- Supporting the organization of big events & conferences
- Travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Performing of additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Who are we looking for
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
- MS suite literate
- BSc in Business administration or any related field is preferred
