Job’s purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Operations Lead to support our ongoing transformation initiatives across the Commercial division, Systems, and Execution (C.S.E.) landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of new tools and processes within Pricing, Promotion, and Promo Data Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy, support pricing strategies, and drive reporting efficiency across business and IT stakeholders!
What you will focus on
- Play an active role in C.S.E. transformation projects, contributing to the successful implementation of new systems and workflows in Pricing & Promotion domains.
- Manage Own Brand product comparisons with competitors for effective price monitoring and alignment.
- Design and implement a robust pricing structure that considers product importance and overall impact on price perception, supporting both new and existing product strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all commercial systems, maintaining alignment between business operations and IT platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between the Commercial Department and IT, coordinating efforts to resolve reporting issues and improve data-driven decision-making tools.
What you have
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving both business and IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, commercial systems, or business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools and systems related to pricing and master data (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving both business and IT teams.
