The opportunity
The Fulfillment Shift Coordinator is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within the fulfillment center during assigned shifts. This role ensures timely and accurate order processing, effective team management, and adherence to safety and quality standards. By coordinating staff, resolving operational issues, and monitoring performance, the coordinator plays a key role in maintaining service excellence and supporting continuous process improvement.
What you will focus on
Team Management: Supervise and coordinate a large team, including scheduling work shifts, managing time-off requests, and ensuring appropriate shift coverage.
Fulfillment Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders while upholding quality control standards.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Monitor adherence to workplace safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with departmental targets.
System Reporting: Use fulfillment systems to document shift outcomes, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing optimization of fulfillment operations through innovative problem-solving and implementation of best practices.
Who we are looking for
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, retail operations, or another environment involving team management and fulfillment processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Language: Strong command of English, both written and verbal
