Your purpose
The Treasury Associate supports the daily management of the company’s cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity, assisting with banking operations, and monitoring financial inflows and outflows. The role also contributes to internal and external reporting processes.

This position requires analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external partners (e.g., banks, auditors).

What you will focus on 

• Support daily fund transfers to and from the Group through the Cash Pooling mechanism, assisting in maintaining agreed cash balance limits.
• Assist in the preparation and weekly submission of the 52-week rolling Cash Flow Forecast (ADCASH) to Group Treasury and provide input for variance analysis on a monthly basis.
• Provide cash flow estimates during period-end closings and support the tracking of actual cash flow performance
• Support day-to-day banking operations, including updates to agreements (e.g., web banking access), coordination of new services, and renewals of credit limits or terms
• Help monitor the company’s income and expenses related to interest (both debit and credit) and support the process of creating related forecasts or provisions
• Perform Treasury-related controls to ensure process compliance and accuracy and provide support in responding to internal and external audit requests
• Maintain supplier banking details (e.g., IBANs) and support the process for validating and registering these records in the system
• Assist in generating and reviewing reports related to Cash Flow and financial data analysis
• Support the monthly Treasury closing process by performing relevant tasks and reconciliations
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to SAP system improvements or upgrades as needed

What you have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Treasury or Financial Analysis role
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
