Job’s Purpose

As an HR Associate, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions. In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation of HR initiatives, support employee life cycle activities, and help ensure HR practices are efficiently executed. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will focus on

• Support the HRBP in day-to-day HR activities and act as a liaison between employees and the HR department
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, tools, and procedures with a customer-focused approach
• Assist in the execution of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and organizational changes
• Liaise with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, L&D) to ensure timely execution of programs and policies
• Help organize and follow up on performance, engagement, and development initiatives
• Assist in workforce data reporting and analytics to support decision-making and business reviews
• Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a plus
