Employee Experience Associate
Job’s Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employee Experience Associate to drive employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall employee experience. This role focuses on developing compelling content for recruitment, planning branding events, and implementing strategies to foster a positive work environment.
What you will focus on:
Employer Brand Development
- Develop engaging content for recruitment efforts, including website materials, job descriptions, hiring campaigns, and talent engagement strategies.
- Provide strategic employer branding support for large-scale seasonal recruitment and targeted hiring campaigns.
- Manage, update, monitor, and report on the corporate recruitment and employer brand website, ensuring consistency with branding goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employer branding events and career fairs, both internally and externally.
- Organize initiatives such as business days, webinars, and meetups to enhance brand visibility among potential candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and distribute the internal newsletter.
Employee Experience
- Assess and enhance the candidate and employee journey by identifying process improvements.
- Gather and analyze feedback from key stakeholders to refine Employee and Candidate Experience strategies.
- Drive company culture development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute company-wide events and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Measure employee engagement through surveys and focus groups, using insights to implement improvements.
- Analyze data from engagement surveys, performance reviews, and exit interviews to drive continuous enhancements.
- Develop and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Design programs supporting work-life balance, health, and wellness to enhance employee well-being
What you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, or human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
