Job’s Purpose 
As a Promo Shelf Planner, you will be a key member of the Trade team, working closely with the Category managers, Marketing and Floor Planning teams for implementing excellent instore activations. This role is integral to ensuring flawless execution of in-store promotional activities, including endcap displays, tastings, and other merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer-driven initiatives.
 

What you will focus on  

• Work closely with Category Managers, Store Network, Floor Planning and Suppliers to ensure timely execution and quality of promotional activations.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional activities such as tastings, demos, and seasonal displays across multiple store locations.
• Coordinate the placement and setup of endcap displays’ planograms, promotional signage, and point-of-sale materials to align with brand standards.
• Monitor promotional activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and high-quality implementation.
• Perform regular store visits to audit promotional execution and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Coordinate with Logistics teams & Suppliers to manage the delivery of products and materials for tastings or special displays.
• Provide guidance and training on promotional setups in all stakeholders.

Who we are looking for 

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other relevant field
• MSc / MBA would be considered an asset
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Retail and/or Trade Marketing, preferably at a multinational environment
• MS Office literacy
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
