A small idea of your daily tasks

• Design and develop engaging multimedia, digital, and blended learning solutions, including eLearning modules, animated videos, and LinkedIn Learning paths, using various authoring tools (Storyline 360, Rise 360, 7taps, PageTiger, and LinkedIn Learning platform).
• Create blended learning journeys, handouts, visual aids, facilitator/participant guides, interactive media, and other materials to support and reinforce learning solutions.
• Develop effective assessment methodologies to evaluate learner knowledge retention, on-the-job application, and overall program effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Program Stakeholders, and Business Leaders to perform needs analysis, craft learning content, and define key takeaways.
• Monitor outsourced eLearning projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with our European HR Business Services team to ensure our LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) is updated, leveraging its functionalities to enhance the learner experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital learning trends and advise on best practices.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in learning technology tools, instructional software, and effective multimedia use in learning programs

What you have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning program development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual/Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
