Role Overview
The Demand Planning Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels at the HomeShopCenter, ensuring timely replenishment and improving overall supply chain efficiency. The role involves data analysis, supplier collaboration, and the development of strategies that enhance product availability while reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for 12,000 SKUs.
• Analyze inventory and demand data to optimize replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams for efficient supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Track KPIs and propose improvements to operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong collaboration & problem-solving skills in complex business environments.
