As an In-Store Communication & Branding Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by creating and executing engaging in-store communication strategies for retail, franchise and wholesale networks. You will ensure our brand message resonates with shoppers and stands out in a competitive retail environment. This is a multidimensional role that combines planning, creativity and effective project management.
What you will focus on
Design and implement the in-store communication strategy (and communication material)
Collaborate and coordinate with external partners (creative agencies, logistics, production)
Develop advertising campaigns to enhance the in-store customer experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and format, to achieve strategic goals
Manage budgets, conduct tenders, and identify strategic partnerships
Analyze competitors and retail trends to identify opportunities
Oversee branding of all corporate assets and design in-store concepts
Implement store promotional activities, such as openings, local plans and partnerships
Who we are looking for
BSc in Marketing, or Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
Working experience 2 to 5 years, in relevant positions, preferably in Retail FMCG sector
Experience with in-store processes and project management
Strong Understanding of retail environment and shopper behavior
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
