Systems & Planning Supervisor located in Mandra DC, manages, controls and intervenes with corrective actions in advanced systems and applications used by the Transportation department, ensuring that data are accurate, and the systems are being used at their optimal performance.

What you will focus on

• Responsible with his/her team for supporting TMS (Transportation Management System), Fleet Management system, GPS navigation system and Mobile Application for deliveries system.
• Responsible for data analysis, budget forecasting and cost control of the Transportation department.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing business documents and user’s, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Acting as a point of contact; explaining complicated methods and data to non-technical colleagues/clients.
• Should be able to identify and understand transportation department’s business problems providing solutions.
• Should be able to transform business requirements to system procedures.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Master's degree will be considered as a strong asset.
• 2-4 years of prior experience in relevant field or in a similar position.
• Experience with Python modeling & BI technologies will be considered as a plus.
• Advanced O365, MS Visio, MS Project skills, SQL, power platform & BI Design.
• Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal).
• Analytical thinking and strategic approach.
• Strong requirements analysis, modeling, and documentation skills.
