Job’s Purpose

As a Web Insights Analyst, you will be at the forefront of interpreting and translating data into meaningful strategies that elevate our digital presence. By analyzing online trends and customer interactions, you will uncover insights that guide decision-making across business. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and influence the future of our digital customer experience within the dynamic Retail FMCG space.

What you will focus on

Web Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze website and e-commerce performance using Adobe Analytics, focusing on traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates
• Design, build and automate dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
• Track KPIs for Key Business objectives, such as online sales growth, bounce rates and cart abandonment

Technical Support & Implementation

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of Adobe Analytics tracking, including tags and events
• Work with Adobe Launch/ Tag Manager for deployment and troubleshooting of tracking requirements

Data Integration & Insights

• Combine Adobe Analytics data with other platforms (e.g. CRM systems, and POS data) to provide a 360-degree view of customer behavior
• Deliver actionable insights and presentations to stakeholders, including e-commerce teams, category managers and executives

Who we are looking for

• BSc in Computer Science, Management & Technology, Mathematics, Statistical Science. MSc is a plus
• Working experience 2-3 years, in Web Analytics, preferably within Food Retail or FMCG Industries
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Report Builder, Data Warehouse, and Segments)
• Experience with tag management systems like Adobe Launch and data visualization tools like Power BI
• Strong knowledge of web metrics: conversions, traffic sources, bounce rates, and funnel analysis
• Proficiency in SQL & MS Office - Excel is a plus
