The opportunity
As an IT Platform Expert within our large food retail organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the Finance and HR solutions on our SAP ECC suite and SAP HR platforms.In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in SAP technologie, particularly in Finance and Human Resources, to ensure the seamless operation, stability and continuous improvement of these systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, address business needs, and drive ongoing enhancements.
What you will focus on
Act as liaison between IT and Accounting/Finance departments, translating Business needs into current technology
Provide day-to-day functional support/application administration
Contribute on solution design, configures the system and provides troubleshooting
Partner with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
Proactively identify and proposes business process and/or system enhancements
Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform
Participate in the regional implementation of financial systems utilizing SAP
Who we are looking for
University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation (Accounting experience or background preferred). Post graduate studies in Accounting, Finance, HR or equivalent will be considered an asset
Minimum prior experience of 2 years in SAP (ECC6 preferred).
Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with SAP Financials, Controlling, Project System, Financial Supply Chain Management
Hands on experience in:
ALV reports, SAP Query, Report Painter/Writer, POWL
ABAP Objects
Data Dictionary
Workflow development
Conversion/Migration tools: LSMW
Hands-on experience of SAP SRM, Success Factors, SAP RE/MM/PM/SEM modules will be considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian).
Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio).
Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.
