Job’s Purpose 
As a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist, you will be a member of the Supply Chain New Developments Team and you will be reporting to the Supply Chain Processes Improvement Manager. You will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain’s procurement requirements up to a certain amount, which includes tasks such as researching new suppliers and ensuring purchased products meet the organization’s specifications.

What you will focus on

• Monitor and record business procurement needs up to a certain amount
• Timely & effective coverage of Supply Chain’s procurement needs
• Timely planning of procurement requests and their prioritization 
• Research suppliers of goods and services
• Involved in automation projects by actively participating in the study, design, and communication with future partners
• Attend meetings with other company’s departments and participate in company’s projects
• Cooperation with NFR throughout the procurement lifecycle and act as a liaison between Business and NFR.

Who we are looking for

• 2 - 3 years of prior experience in relevant field or in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree in economics or business administration will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge in automation – robotics will be considered as a plus
