Your Purpose
As an HRBP-District you will be responsible for a district of AB shops and you will collaborate with them in order to provide strategic HR guidance, foster a positive work culture, and drive initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. You will join our HR dynamic team and you will build trusted relationships with all stakeholders, enabling the execution of all people policies. If you love taking challenges in the fast-moving food retail sector we want to hear from you! 
 

What you will focus on 

• Develop positive & effective relationships, leveraging employee engagement 
• Provide advice to business leaders for sound people decisions that promote our inclusive workplace
• Support the execution of people policies & processes, such us performance management, talent development etc in our Stores
• Attract, select and recruit staff for the stores of your responsibility
• Serve as the primary point of contact with employees on people mattersPartner with the business leaders and HR expertise functions to enhance best employee journey
• Ensure the implementation of health & safety standards in the workplace

What you have

• BSc in HRM, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in retail industry or supply chain will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English language, both written & verbal
• MS Office literacy
