Job’s Purpose

Our team of Learning enthusiasts seeks a new member to join us and bring their unique, personal value bringing to life our purpose & vision.

As a Learning Specialist, you will share your creative ideas and act to design, develop, and deliver effective and highly engaging learning and digital learning solutions for our entire population across functions. You will play a critical role in nurturing our talent and ensuring our workforce remains competitive and engaged. A small idea of your daily tasks

  • Identify & analyze training needs in close collaboration with HRBPs and business stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for adult learning methodologies and stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to learning and development.
  • Design and deliver learning solutions and comprehensive curricula based on identified training needs.
  • Develop learning paths using relevant tools and digital learning platforms.
  • Search, cooperate, and evaluate external training providers and deliver tailored learning programs and courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor and manage AB Vassilopoulos’ annual training plan (Retail, HQ, and Distribution Centers) and ENA Cash & Carry.
  • Provide input to our local HR Business Services department that manages day-to-day tasks to ensure a unique learning experience for all our associates.

What you have

  • MSc in HRM and University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a learning and development department of a large Multinational or Greek company or a Consulting Firm, with proven experience in design, and delivery of various learning solutions.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of business and human resources operations.
