The opportunity

We are looking for an Operating Licensing Coordinator to join our Technical Division and support the licensing process of new and existing stores across Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all licensing-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and health requirements, and maintaining effective communication with public authorities and internal stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting store development projects, contributing to store opening plans, and ensuring the timely issuance of operating licenses in alignment with business objectives.

What you will focus on

• Coordinate and manage the licensing process for new stores, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and business timelines
• Liaise with municipalities, urban planning authorities, regional authorities, and public health departments regarding licensing requirements and approvals
• Participate in site pre-assessments for new store locations and evaluate licensing feasibility
• Collaborate with Store Design, Construction, Maintenance, Real Estate, and Franchise teams to ensure regulatory compliance during store development
• Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the preparation and submission of operating license documentation
• Monitor and oversee studies and certifications required for store licensing, including fire safety, urban planning, and land-use requirements
• Track licensing project plans and ensure alignment with store opening schedules
• Support the issuance and renewal of operating licenses and maintain accurate licensing records

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in licensing, engineering, urban planning, construction, or a related area
• Knowledge of urban planning and public health legislation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Experience working with public authorities or regulatory bodies will be considered an asset
