The opportunity
We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring alignment with AB Vassilopoulos and Ahold Delhaize’s strategic goals and market competitiveness.

What you will focus on
Design and refine compensation and benefits schemes (e.g., bonus schemes, car policy) by conducting market analysis, modeling financial impact, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal frameworks.
Perform complex cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling to evaluate the feasibility, ROI, and strategic impact of introducing new employee benefits and reward programs.
Monitor and evaluate the terms of group medical and pension plans, recommend strategic changes to address evolving business needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Lead the end-to-end administration of the annual salary review and variable pay processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely completion.
Participate in all stages of the Job Evaluation (JE) & Grading process (JE interviews, JE, Grading, Job Families, etc.).
Ensure participation in selected Salary Surveys by preparing the appropriate data for submission and managing communications with Salary Survey vendors.
Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track C&B KPIs, support strategic decision-making, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Oversee administrative processes relevant to C&B, organizational charts, and HR policies, actively identify opportunities to streamline operations in cooperation with HR BPs and HR Operations teams.
Who we are looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a C&B, HR Consulting or HR Ops position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or any numerical discipline
Master’s degree, in Human Resources or other related degree would be an asset
Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Epsilon HRMS is preferred
Knowledge of labor market trends and pay equity practices is preferred
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
