The opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, assessing and hiring talented professionals for our Corporate Functions, who align with our company’s values and vision! Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, you will help ensure a positive hiring experience and contribute to building high-performing teams across the organization.
What you will focus on
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and develop the most effective sourcing approach
Manage end to end internal and external recruitment & selection processes (job postings, CV screening, assessment tools, CBIs and extending offers to candidates)
Source candidates to build or enrich the talent pipeline for current and future job openings
Enhance positive experience for the candidates throughout the stages of the selection process, providing timely and constructive feedback
Promote Alfa Beta’s employer branding by attending Career Fairs and developing relationships with prospective candidates
Participate in enhancing the effectiveness of talent acquisition process by identifying improvements, suggesting changes and staying up to date with the latest Talent Acquisition trends
Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as part of the Talent Acquisition Community
Partner with stakeholders to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors enhancements and optimizations
Track and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure effective reporting and performance insights
Who we are looking for
BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior or other relevant field. MSc is considered a plus
1-3 years of relevant working experience
Previous experience in managing SuccessFactors recruitment will be considered a plus
Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
MS suite literate, Success Factors is considered an asset
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter platform
