The opportunity

As an HR Business Partner for Home Shop Center, you play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR guidance, fostering a positive work culture and driving initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. You will join our HR dynamic team and you will build trusted relationships with all stakeholders, providing consulting in various HR aspects.

What you will focus on

  • Partner with the leadership team of your designated business units, ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and provide advice for sound people decisions
  • Drive the full employee journey, from attracting top talent to ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Collaborate closely with HR expertise functions, leveraging input from business to enhance best employee initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact with employees on people matters and provide guidance related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Conduct workforce planning, addressing and calibrating current as well as future needs in partnership with the business stakeholders
  • Enable business change, taking into consideration the business objectives and supporting the talent aspects of organizational changes
  • Develop positive & effective relationships, fostering employee engagement, demonstrating Alfa-Beta’s values and promoting our inclusive workplace
  • Promote health & safety excellence, ensuring all standards are consistently applied across operations

Who we are looking for

  • BSc in HRM, Business Administration, or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist and/or HR Consulting. Experience in Retail industry or in supply chain will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English language, both written & verbal
  • Good understanding of different HR fields such as talent management, total rewards, employee relations
  • MS Office and Success Factors literacy.
