The opportunity
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commerce & Marketing department and ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments. You will be immersed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day presents new opportunities and challenges. What you will focus on
Scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Ensuring Office smooth operation, including maintenance & supplies.
Supporting the organization of big events & conferences
Travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
Performing of additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Who we are looking for
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
MS suite literate
BSc in Business administration or any related field is preferred
