The opportunity 

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assortment Associate to join our E-Commerce team and support the optimization and performance of our online assortment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and engaging product content across online platforms, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

You will contribute to assortment optimization initiatives, competitive monitoring, retail media activations, and customer-facing product information, playing a key role in delivering a seamless and informative online shopping experience.

What you will focus on 

• Update and optimize product content, including descriptions, nutritional facts, photos, and multimedia elements, ensuring customers have all relevant information to compare and shop
• Communicate with suppliers and leverage specialized platforms to source and maintain up-to-date product information
• Monitor competition and use analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, to support assortment optimization decisions
• Assist in retail media activations, such as e-sampling initiatives
• Support the optimization of assortments for fast-delivery platforms
• Contribute to answering customer questions or handling complaints related to online product information

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Studies in E-Commerce, Computer Science, or Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in e-commerce merchandising in retail or FMCG, online content creation, or product knowledge within the food retail sector will be considered a plus
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, web analytics tools, website content management systems, or SAP will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
