The opportunity

Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines the art of real estate with the science of retail?

As a Real Estate Associate at AB, you will play a crucial role in managing our real estate portfolio, ensuring that our retail locations are well-maintained, and contributing to our expansion efforts. You will work closely with our real estate team, vendors, and various internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient property management and lease administration. If you love taking challenges in the fast-moving food retail sector, we want to hear from you!

What you will focus on

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions
• Address property-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential target locations
• Maintain organized records of property-related documents
• Generate reports on lease expirations, property performance, and cost analysis
• Monitor and forecast rents

Who we are looking for

• Working experience of 1-3 years in an organizing or administrative position. Any experience in a similar retail company would be considered an asset
• BSc in any business-related field. MSc would be desirable
• MS suite literate with a focus on Excel and Powerpoint, Sap
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
