The opportunity

Hubs Operations Supervisor  is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of  hub stores. The role ensures smooth execution of e-commerce order processing, service quality, KPI achievement and compliance with operational procedures through continuous monitoring, store supervision, and cross-functional coordination.

What you will focus on

• Monitor and drive operational performance of physical e-commerce hubs, ensuring compliance with service standards, procedures, and KPI targets.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with Retail Managers and hub/store teams to track sales, P&L performance, and operational indicators.
• Manage capacity planning, delivery slots, and service coverage optimization based on demand evolution and business needs.
• Perform scheduled store visits (Attica weekly, Central & Northern Greece monthly, rest of Greece quarterly) to ensure proper execution of hub operations.
• Coordinate operational alignment and performance monitoring with external partners including BSK, OVERBLUE, SVUUM, and WEST.
• Support e-commerce hub-related projects (e.g. franchise models, cost per order optimization, and fulfillment technology initiatives) in collaboration with internal departments.
• Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Who we are looking for

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, e-commerce 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field. MSc would be considered an asset 
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Fluency in the English language
