The opportunity 

We are looking for an Energy Projects Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and drive the planning, implementation, and monitoring of energy efficiency, renewable energy and CO₂ reduction initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with the company’s sustainability strategy.

What you will focus on

• Support the planning and implementation of energy efficiency, renewable energy and CO₂ reduction projects aligned with the company’s energy strategy
• Monitor energy consumption across facilities, analyze performance data and produce actionable reports and insights
• Manage BMS, energy monitoring platforms and conduct energy audits to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Contribute to budgeting, financial evaluation and Sustainability KPI reporting related to energy initiatives
• Track energy market trends, prices and regulatory developments impacting business operations
• Oversee utilities management (electricity, water, gas) and coordinate with suppliers, network operators and external partners
• Support supervision and performance monitoring of PV installations and energy infrastructure

Who we are looking for

• BSc/MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in energy management, energy projects or similar roles
• Hands-on knowledge of energy management systems, BMS/SCADA and monitoring platforms
• Experience in electrical installations, energy audits and photovoltaic (PV) systems
• Good understanding of energy markets, sustainability practices and regulatory frameworks
