Job's Purpose 

As Fulfillment Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient operations of our fulfillment center. We are looking for a talented person, with strong people management skills and attention to detail, who want to be part of an amazing team. A professional that is willing to grow in the fast-moving food retail business sector.

What you will focus on

• Responsible for the proper management of a large group of employees, schedules working hours, shifts and employee leaves
• Oversee the accurate and timely picking, put-away and consolidation of customer orders, maintaining a high level of quality control
• Handle and resolve any fulfillment-related issues or challenges that may arise during your shift promptly and effectively
• Monitors the proper compliance for hygiene and safety rules
• Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Reports for the outcomes through Fulfilment Systems
• Actively contribute to the improvement of fulfillment processes, suggesting innovative ideas and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Who we are looking for

• Previous working experience, 2-5 years, in a similar position preferably in logistics or retail (store operations), or in any other sector with people management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or in other field, will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in ERP Systems, WMS
• Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
