Job’s Purpose
As an IT Warehouse Administrator, you are responsible for the organization and efficient operation of the warehouse in accordance with company policies. You oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory counts, ensure safety and compliance, manage inventory through SAP, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.

What you will focus on

• Manage the warehouse in accordance with the company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance, and inventory count operations.
• Define the warehouse layout and ensure efficient use of space.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and tax requirements related to the storage, handling, and shipment of IT equipment.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and equipment protection standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure alignment with the data warehousing system through SAP.
• Act as a liaison with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.

What you have

• 1-2 years of previous experience in warehouse management.
• Graduate of a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or a technical vocational school will be considered an asset.
• Good command of PC use and MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
