As a Human Risk & Awareness Specialist, you will work with the CS GRC Human Risk & Awareness team within the Ahold Delhaize Group to deliver the cybersecurity awareness program. You will support the design and execution of initiatives that raise employee awareness, promote secure behaviors, and reduce human-related risks. Responsibilities include developing training materials, coordinating local sessions and communications, and collecting data to improve outcomes. You will also contribute to awareness events, the security champions program, phishing simulations, human risk assessments, and new strategic initiatives that enhance resilience and innovation in security practices.
What you will focus on
Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs that educate employees on current threats and best practices to protect themselves and the organization. Training will be provided through multiple formats, including in person sessions, online courses, and video content.
Develop engaging cybersecurity awareness content including posters, flyers, and email templates to reinforce best practices. Materials will be distributed across multiple channels such as employee handbooks, the company intranet, and direct email communications.
Conduct security assessments to identify and mitigate risks by reviewing employee security practices, testing knowledge of cybersecurity threats, and scanning the organization’s network for vulnerabilities.
Collaborate globally and cross functionally with departments including Human Resources, IT, Communications, Legal, and Marketing to design and implement effective cybersecurity awareness programs.
What you have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cyber security, or related field
3+ years of experience in cyber security awareness or a related field
Knowledge of cyber security threats and best practices
Knowledge of industry authoritative sources such as NIST, COBIT, GDPR, PCI and ISO standards
Must be willing to travel, as required, to support the various Ahold Delhaize locations (up to 15%)
Familiarity with GRC platforms, security-related legal and regulatory requirements
