Your purpose

As an Assistant Accountant (Inventory Associate), you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, maintaining inventory integrity, and delivering clear, actionable reports. You will support business operations by monitoring inventory, implementing systematic procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory processes with company standards.

What you will focus on

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
• Implement systematic procedures to maintain inventory integrity
• Generate and analyze reports using Power BI and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory operations with business needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data integrity standards
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable reports for management.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in inventory control, stocktaking, or reporting roles
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, reporting)
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
