Job’s Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Loading Assets Management Associate to join our Supply Chain team.
In this role, you will actively support the department’s daily operations, playing a key part in data analysis, monitoring accounting balances and participating in projects of processes improvement.

What you will focus on

• Create, organize, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
• Collect, process, and accurately record data related to the movement of fixed assets.
• Monitor and reconcile accounting balances.
• Generate and distribute reports to distribution centers to ensure transparency and operational alignment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) to track asset movements and inventory data.
• Support product management throughout the design and execution phases of internal projects.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates using operational metrics and reports.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of current processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into clear insights.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Verry good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in ERP Systems, WMS will be considered as an asset.
• Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
