Your purpose

As a Business Intelligence & Insights Manager, you will lead the Insights pillar within the Data Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will ensure that data is transformed into actionable insights, enabling business leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. What you will focus on

• Manage a team of ΒΙ Developers, Business Performance Analyst and Data Partners embedded across business functions.
• Translate data into insights and stories that explain performance drivers and support strategic choices.
• Lead the design and delivery of business performance scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Act as a bridge between business functions and the Data Analytics team, ensuring alignment between data capabilities and business needs.
• Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

 Who we are looking for

• Academic background in business analytics, data science, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business performance analysis, insights & analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Solid understanding of business performance metrics and financial/commercial KPIs.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with data science or advanced analytics techniques (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, experimentation) is a plus.
• Understanding of data platforms and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Professional certifications in BI, analytics, or related areas would be a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).
