Your purpose

As a Marketing Associate, you will support both our ENA Cash & Carry (CC) and Franchise stores by implementing promotional plans, coordinating communication activities, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

What you will focus on

• Support the wholesale stores (ENA C&C) by implementing promotional plans and coordinating marketing materials (leaflets, posters, offers, visuals) within the defined budget.
• Manage the annual schedule for promotional campaigns and digital activations (e.g., Facebook, Viber, SMS) while monitoring budget performance.
• Coordinate targeted communication activities to support different customer clusters and the ENA Profit Card program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.
• Support franchise stores with marketing and communication materials (e.g., AB Shop&Go campaigns, new store openings, promotional assets).
• Contribute to the update and development of the AB Franchise website and its digital assets (brochures, videos, content, forms).

Who we are looking for

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
• MS Office literacy
• Knowledge of Franchise, B2B, Wholesale (HORECA) or convenience retail markets would be considered an asset
