Loyalty & Customer Product Owner

Job’s purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Loyalty and Customer Product Owner to lead the loyalty and customer related solutions within our organization. As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas shaping our loyalty schema platforms and overseeing all customer data – related activities. This role requires understanding of loyalty schema best practices, as well as expertise in online and offline customer related journeys.

What you will focus on

  • Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision related to loyalty and customer journeys.
  • Gather requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and digital experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to functional requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including other product owners, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within loyalty and digital domain as well as other systems in the respective domain, implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders
  • Analyze preferences and requests of end users.

Who we are looking for

  • University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT working experience, experience in the retail industry would be considered a plus.
  • Very good working knowledge on the following areas: online commerce, customer care, digital journeys.
  • Experience of complex IT landscapes and large organizations
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian)
  • Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
  • Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.
