As a Compensation & Benefits Associate, you will oversee the implementation of the company's benefits/schemes for our associates. If you are detail-oriented, value high standards, and are committed to enhancing the experience of our associates, this job is your next career opportunity.

What you will focus on

• Coordinate the entire life cycle of our offered benefits and schemes, including medical and pension programs
• Serve as the primary contact person for our associates, for various benefits (e.g. medical/ pension) and address their inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Participate in the creation of new benefits in collaboration with external corporations
• Support the execution of various seasonal programs, such as summer camps, Youth Entrepreneurship School etc., seamlessly integrating them into our overarching compensation and benefits processes
• Maintain organized records and execute all administrative actions for the Compensation & Benefits department

What you bring

• BSc degree (AEI/ ATEI) in Business Administration or any related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
• MS Office literacy (Especially in Excel)
