Job Purpose
As a Plan (Planogram) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the visual presentation and organization of our retail spaces. Working closely with different teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective planograms that enhance product visibility and improve customer navigation.

What you will focus on
•    Develop and update planograms based on product assortment changes, promotions, and seasonal variations
•    Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product placement and maximize use of retail space
•    Ensure planograms adhere to brand standards and industry best practices
•    Collaborate with category teams to create visually appealing and sales-driven planograms
•    Handle and deliver reports through the planogram system (JDA)
•    Troubleshoot and address any issues related to the system
 

What you bring
•    Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field preferred
•    Proven experience in planogram coordination or merchandising within the retail industry or sales experience within retail stores 
•    Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
•    MS office literacy, with emphasis on excel
•    Experience in planogram software and design tools will be considered an asset
