Job’s Purpose 

As a CSE Own Brands Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible to manage the centralized sourcing of specified own brand (sub)categories for the region of Central & Southeastern Europe (CSE; Greece, Czech Rep., Serbia and Romania), consolidating volumes and selecting strategic suppliers from the CSE network. Your contribution is valuable in order to achieve profitable agreements with suppliers as well as the availability of high-quality own brands products for our CSE network, while contributing to our company's success, growth and competitiveness and achieving a high-end consumer experience.

What you will focus on 

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies on the (sub-) category level for CSE network, using a structured approach and driving cost base optimization
• Support our organization in achieving its objectives by interpreting and influencing both the external and internal environments and by creating positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
• Manage the complete administration process and proactively act upon prolongation/ renewal/ resignation of contracts
• Conduct business with full regard for the concerns of each of our main stakeholder groups- customers, investors, suppliers, employees and the communities we serve-while working to ensure a sustainable future for our business
• Keep up with insights of internal and external market research and analysis in order to have a deep knowledge on all aspects of the dedicated (sub-) categories
• Continuously look for improvements and new initiatives to contribute to spend coverage growth

What you bring 

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or in a relevant field. MSc / MBA is a prerequisite
• At least 5 years working experience in retail sector in own brand sourcing, category management or in a relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
