Job’s Purpose

As HSC Manager you play a pivotal role in achieving high-end e-commerce operations, while consistently you add value to our customers and anticipate market needs to ensure speedy response. You focus on enhancing our CVP to the highest level, ensuring our customers have the best service on fresh product and delivery, while in parallel orchestrate all digital marketing actions in your area of responsibility, surpassing our customers’ expectations with high availability on items in high demand.

What you will focus on

  • Oversee HSC’s efficient and accurate operation, ensuring the fulfilment of customer orders is handled with care to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Safeguard the achievement of HSC’s budgeted financial indexes and KPIs (Sales, Gross Profit and Shrinkages, in full and on-time delivery) and accomplish inventory tracking excellence to maintain optimal stock.
  • Constantly receive and incorporate customer feedback to support e-commerce strategic decisions and marketing action plan to achieve the highest omni channel experience and customer engagement.
  • Cooperate closely with Digital Customer Experience department to support current CVP and create customer attracting services elevating the online shopping experience.
  • Leverage technology and data collaborating with the Digitech department, following the communication and customer experience strategy of Ahold Delhaize Group, so as to contribute to a customer friendly approach anticipating future needs.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee all products meet exceptional standards.
  • Understands e Grocery market trends and their impact proposing new services to answer evolving customer needs.
  • Lead the team to inspire, guide and support others investing in a safe, healthy, and highly engaging workplace.
  • Create and embrace a growth mindset for our people to evolve.

What you bring

  • Proven track record in e-commerce operations, ideally in a food retail setting 
  • BA in Business Administration, or another relevant field. MSc will be appreciated.
  • Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
  • MS suite literate
