Job’s Purpose 

Embark on a transformative journey as the District Repair & Maintenance Coordinator within the vibrant world of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. In this pivotal role you will be ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our stores network by coordinating and overseeing all repair and maintenance activities within your area of assigned district. Your expertise and ingenuity will contribute greatly to elevating efficiency, maximizing asset performance and enchant our customers.

What you will focus on 

• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement repair and maintenance strategies tailored to district’s needs
• Source and liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of repairs and maintenance tasks based on the budget of each store
• Monitor and evaluate the condition of stores’ assets to proactively identify maintenance needs and propose actionable improvements
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all assets in alignment with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate and coordinate daily with stores within the district to ensure seamless maintenance operations and optimized asset performance
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and manage crisis situations effectively to minimize operational downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes that impact repair and maintenance practices in the Retail FMCG sector

What you bring 

• 5 years of working experience as a Repair and Maintenance Coordinator. Any working experience within Retail FMCG sector will be considered an asset
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. MSc would be considered an asset
• Good Knowledge in English Language
• MS Office Literary
• Experience in working with SAP or any other relevant systems would be considered an asset
• Ability to travel within area of responsibility
