Job’s Purpose

The job holder leads a team of system experts and business analysts. He/she is responsible for the parametrization and maintenance of Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R) system and related data, to ensure that is functioning without inconsistencies and avert possible risks. He/she analyze data and deliver insights to line managers and business stakeholders. He/She designs and maintain business processes, while handling special cases and liaise with various stakeholders to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will focus on

• Responsible for F&R system settings and parametrization to reassure the smooth flow of the replenishment process. Designs and executes simulations in the system to identify the optimal system parameters and performance
• Interprets and analyzes data from multiple sources, identifies patterns and use predictive models to propose solutions and strategies to critical business challenges
• Suggests actions to improve Forecasting & Replenishment ΚPIs while provides data driven insights to business to improve decision making
• Liaises with IT for issues concerning the function of SAP F&R engine, SAP ECC, or other systems affecting F&R, while is responsible for the execution of all needed system activities (e.g UATs) to support new business requirements
• Leads/participate in various projects within the scope of the department
• Communicates Department’s goals and priorities to the team, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain Division’s and Company’s strategy
• Ensures systems or operational issues are handled effectively and on time, by creating the processes of focusing on crucial events and designing the framework of corrective actions

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in business analytics, statistics, business administration or any other relevant field. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in similar role (business/data analytics,supply chain/logistics/business insights, etc) supply chain, retail, consumer goods, and/or any similar industry
• Very good knowledge of business intelligent tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel 
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc) would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
