Job’s Purpose
As a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist, you will be a member of the Business Performance Planning Team, that actively works with partners and departments of responsibility, providing financial analysis. Part of your role will be to develop, maintain and enhance financial models. If you love taking challenges in the fast-moving food retail sector we want to hear from you!

What you will focus on

• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, shareholder reports and balance sheets, and accordingly prepare business reviews 
• Collaborate with department executives to gather financial inputs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis
• Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings, conveying financial insights and recommendations

What you have

• BSc in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relative field. MSC in Finance or Business Administration
• 3-4 years of related work experience in Multinational firm (preferably in FMCG sector) or Advisory/Audit Company
• ACCA or/and CFA (completed at least the 2/3 of the program)
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
• MS suite literate
• Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI would be considered an asset
