A small idea of your daily tasks

• Support end-to-end the development and implementation of the performance management process
• Communicate the process with relevant stakeholders and creates/ updates necessary booklets
• Participate in the performance evaluation results analysis and creates necessary reports
• Support the development, analysis, and management of key performance indicators as part of the annual goal setting
• Participate in the AES results analysis, create relevant reports and presentations producing valuable insights and support the communication with the relevant stakeholders
• Assist in the design of company policies that reinforce diversity and inclusion in the workplace and support their implementation
• Stay up to date on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and relevant skills sets
• Run end-to-end the process for the various corporate awards

What you bring

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics or Science related fields
• MSc would be considered an asset
• 1-3 years’ experience in a related field
• MS suite literate 
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
