Market Development Manager AB ENA Wholesale Operations
Job’s Purpose
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector? Do you have a proven track record in expanding market share? Have you contributed to the creation of effective and targeted wholesale commercial and promotional plans? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
What you will focus on
- Develop and implement trade / commercial plans to achieve sales results and increase our market share in the wholesale market.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and channel / sub-channel (i.e., Horeca) behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate trade actions based on seasonality and promotional planning in order to align with market demand.
- Monitor sales performance, in order to enhance commercial and promotional planning.
- Facilitate sales function by contributing to the creation of effective product catalogues, and targeted channel promotions.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the wholesale channel in order to identify new opportunities, understand consumer needs and ensure effective promotional and product planning.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather feedback and stay updated on wholesale sector developments.

What you bring
- Proven experience in Market Development or Wholesale Channel Development (wholesale FMCG sector). Any experience in Trade Marketing is desirable
- University Degree BSc or/ and MSc would be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge in English language
- MS Office Literacy
