As a Learning Specialist, you will share your creative ideas and act on top to design, develop, and deliver effective and highly engaging learning and digital learning solutions for our entire population across functions. A small idea of your daily tasks

• Identify & analyze training needs in close collaboration with HRBPs and business stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert for adult learning methodologies and monitor learning best practices
• Design, deliver & facilitate internal training programs (webinar & classroom format) at individual, functional & organizational level
• Search, cooperate and evaluate external training providers and deliver tailored training programs and courses
• Monitor and manage AB Vassilopoulos’ annual training plan (Retail, HQ and Distribution Centers) and ENA Cash & Carry
• Provide input to our HR Business Services department that manages our LMS, to ensure a unique Learning experience for all our associates

What you have

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in a learning department of a large Multinational or Greek company Alternatively at least 2-3 years in a Consulting Firm, with proven experience in classroom training, design, delivery and facilitation of various learning programs
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
• MS suite literate
