Job’s Purpose

As a Procurement Assistant, your role’s purpose is to ensure efficient delivery of products from our Warehouses to Store operations.  You will maintain efficient inventory levels due to effective ordering flow. What you will focus on

• Monitor the effectiveness of ordering and inventories’ level
• Edit System’s data on new product codes  
• Forecast replenishment needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs
• Execute ad-hoc order needs to ensure stores’ storage
• Communicate with external partners for procurement needs

What you have

• Vocational training in business administration or any relevant field.  BSc is considered a plus
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
• MS Office literacy, advanced user of MS Excel formulas is mandatory
